Pre-license Education

The Washington Department of Licensing requires the completion of a 60 clock-hour real estate “Fundamentals” course, plus school certification before applying to take the state’s real estate exam.

We offer self-study CD Rom and Internet programs, which may be used from any location with the proper computer equipment.

Our CD program includes text and test books, which allows a complete study of each topic. Our Internet program allows instant access at any Internet connection. Other materials, including national and state mock exams are also available. To receive a “Certificate of Completion”, the student must complete all course work within 6 months of their registration date and have a passing score on the school’s final exams.

Both course formats include the “Math and Law Reviews” (live lecture) classes, at no extra charge. These two, 2.5-hour classes are held monthly at the Academy and are designed to help students pass the state exam. These reviews also provide the student with direct access to our instructors, who will answer any questions that relate to the Fundamentals course.
